Learning & development – what does the future hold for you?
Participate in the UK Learning Trends Survey – and stay up to date with the key issues that your industry is facing…
We’re helping our partners GoodPractice promote the Learning Trends Survey – a questionnaire which looks at the key trends affecting the L&D industry. Participants enter their data anonymously, and in return receive a free copy of the final report, along with expert analysis and comment on the insights and priorities identified – so it’s well worth investing ten minutes of your time!
Respondents have consistently highlighted technology based learning, informal learning and social media as key areas that they expect to grow”
Aimed at senior L&D professionals, the unique survey – which is carried out every six months – helps you stay up-to-date with the issues that your peers are facing. As you’d probably expect, the results of the last few surveys reveal that L&D has been through a particularly rocky time…
The last results revealed that supporting stability and growth were the main priority for senior L&D professionals, with organisational efficiency the main business driver. Is this still the case? Respondents have also consistently reported that they expect to see an increase in technology-based learning, but turning this into reality has been proving to be a slow process. Has there been an increase in the uptake of technology since then – and if not, then why? We’d love to find out, and encourage you to add your views.
